Onboarding Specialist

If you have:

  • Proficiency in English;
  • Banking/ Financial Services background or previous experience in a similar role
  • Technical ability and curiosity – the ability to use or learn to use various tools;
  • Excellent communicator and natural positive attitude
  • Go-getter attitude, customer-centric attitude

As the Onboarding Specialist, you will:

  • Request KYC/KYB documentation and review the documents 
  • Communicate directly with the customer, internal stakeholders, and partner banks
  • Ensure clients are onboarded in a timely manner 
  • Continuously review and improve all aspects of the onboarding journey
Senior Accountant

If you have:

  • +2 years’ experience in a similar position
  • University Degree in Accounting/Finance
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office software, with emphasis on Excel.
  • Proficiency in English;

As the Senior Accountant, you will:

  • Handle various reports and reconciliation reports in excel;
  • Bookkeeping of invoices;
  • Petty cash management;
  • Bank statement monthly reconciliation;
  • Monitoring of the billing statement;
  • Reconciliation of Clients accounts;
  • Collecting documents for the Auditors;
  • Communication with Local Authorities;
  • Keeping track and updating the lists of active agreements with clients/associates;
  • Preparation of management accounts and reports on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis;

 

AML and Compliance Specialist

If you have:

  • Proficiency in English;
  • +2 years previous experience in a similar role
  • Good understanding of the best practices and reporting obligations;
  • Good working knowledge of the FCA regulatory environment
  • Excellent communicator and natural positive attitude
  • Professional certificates are considered an advantage (i.e. ACAMS)

As the AML/Compliance Specialist, you will:

  • Monitor and act on compliance concerns related to transactions
  • Escalate and report any identified issues or breaches.
  • Continuously review and improve all aspects of the onboarding journey
  • Report to the Chief Compliance Officer and the CEO
